In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "cv99o", "we", "us", "our" refers to the cv99o platform and the entity operating it at cv99o.io.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the cv99o platform.
• "Platform" refers to the cv99o website at cv99o.io, including all gaming, betting, account, and wallet services accessible therein.

• "Balance" refers to the total real-money funds held in a player's cv99o account wallet at any given time.

Each eligible player may register one account only on the cv99o platform. The creation of duplicate, linked, or otherwise associated accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

• All activity conducted from your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.

cv99o reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where we reasonably believe that the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 have not been met.

All financial transactions on the cv99o platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cv99o supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no platform fee applied to deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time subject to payment provider processing. cv99o is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed within an average of 15 minutes during standard BST operating hours. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your cv99o account. cv99o reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of standard operating hours may experience extended processing times.
• cv99o does not accept deposits or withdrawals in any currency other than BDT.
• Any deposit made via a payment method belonging to a third party will be returned and the relevant account flagged for review.
• Funds deposited into your cv99o account may not be used for any purpose other than placing wagers on the cv99o platform.

cv99o offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed the account registration process and satisfied any applicable KYC requirements.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The following general gaming rules apply across all products on cv99o:

• All bets are final once confirmed. cv99o does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except in circumstances of a verified technical error on the platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or platform outage during an active game session, cv99o will resolve the matter in accordance with the affected game provider's technical failure policy.
• Results generated by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer outcomes are final and not subject to reversal absent a demonstrable technical error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cv99o platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv99o's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that player into their cv99o account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• The content, availability, or practices of any third-party service or website that is not operated by cv99o.

Nothing in these Terms limits cv99o's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law. The cv99o platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
